Used Dodge for Sale in Phoenix

While there’s an impressive range of used cars for sale in Phoenix, they don’t come much more fun to drive than the ones from Dodge. This brand’s muscle cars and mighty SUVs make fantastic choices for enthusiasts, and they can be surprisingly practical. Best of all, you don’t need to visit a traditional used-car dealership to drive your next Dodge. AAA Car Buying is a different kind of experience that puts your needs first with a hassle-free approach to the whole process. We can even handle everything at your home, your work, our showroom, or one of the local AAA branches for added convenience. You can also look forward to smart financing options, fantastic customer service, and fair pricing, and we can be your go-to source for great new cars, too.

Our consultants are on your side at AAA Car Buying as they help you find just the right Dodge to make your driving better. We start by evaluating the used cars for sale in Phoenix to see which ones best meet your demands and then aggressively negotiate on your behalf to secure an affordable deal.

Of course, one thing that definitely helps with used-car pricing is depreciation. This can rob the typical new vehicle of 20% of its value or more in only its first year on the road — even if that car remains in excellent condition. And it’s the same story as time goes on: An owner can service and maintain a new car on a regular basis, and it will still depreciate significantly over the years. Which is actually good news when you’re shopping for a pre-owned Dodge because it means that you can save serious coin without sacrificing quality.

You’re also likely to see further savings when you pay your insurance premiums since used cars are generally less expensive to insure than their newer counterparts.

Dodge doesn’t have the biggest lineup in the industry, but its select group of car and SUV models can satisfy a lot of different customers by offering different trim levels at different price points. Additionally, all Dodge vehicles can showcase everyday versatility to go with their extraordinary performance, making them as well suited for the daily grind as they are for having fun. That’s something you’ll notice right when you take your first test drive! Also, if you don’t see the Dodge you want in our inventory, the consultants at AAA Car Buying are experts when it comes to searching the used cars for sale in Phoenix to find your favorite. Some of our favorites include:

  • The Dodge Challenger is one of the quickest used cars for sale in Phoenix — or anywhere else for that matter — with its 807-hp Super Stock version able to rocket from 0 to 60 mph in only 3.25 seconds. The Challenger also has one of the biggest back seats you’ll find in the muscle-car segment, and it’s even available with all-wheel drive.
  • If you prefer your muscle cars with four doors, the Dodge Charger should be your choice. This is a full-size sedan with room for the family and a race-ready top speed of 203 mph in its Hellcat Redeye trim.
  • The Dodge Durango SUV is aggressively muscular in its own right with enough strength to sprint to 60 mph in a mere 3.5 seconds, reach a top speed of 180 mph, and tow up to 8,700 lbs. It’s your three-row thrill machine!
  • Not available new at this time, the Dodge Journey SUV and Dodge Grand Caravan minivan can be high-value alternatives for many Phoenix owners.

Horace Elgin and John Francis Dodge were brothers with big ideas who got started in the auto industry in 1900. At the time, they ran a machine shop that eventually counted the Ford Motor Company as one of their biggest customers. Yet neither Horace nor John were satisfied with the status quo. So instead, they began building their own cars in 1913 with the founding of the Dodge Brothers Motor Company. Success soon followed, but so did tragedy. John Dodge died in January 1914 of pneumonia, and his grieving sibling drank himself to death by the end of that year — or so the story goes.

The Dodge business carried on without the brothers for a number of years, enduring ups and downs along the way until the Chrysler Corporation bought it in 1928. Dodge then went on to become one of the biggest mainstream auto brands in the country and was selling more than a million vehicles per year even up to the mid-1980s. And remember, this included Dodge RAM trucks that were part of the division until 2009. Today, the simplified Dodge brand is focused on satisfying enthusiastic drivers around the world!
